Thank you for taking the time to visit our page and learn more about Generational Partners. As the Founder and Managing Principal, I see acquiring a business as more than a financial transaction. I’m an operator at heart, and what excites me most is the opportunity to carry forward the legacy a founder has built—while, over time, creating a legacy of my own for my family by stepping in as a hands-on owner and leading the business day to day.
My path to entrepreneurship was shaped early on by people who took the time to invest in me. During my undergraduate years, I was fortunate to have professors and mentors who helped me better understand what I was naturally good at and what I genuinely enjoyed doing. That guidance led me into a B2B sales career that has now spanned thirteen years and continues to shape how I think about leadership, responsibility, and long-term success. When I decided to return to school to pursue my MBA, my goal was clarity. I wanted to better understand the parts of business that come most naturally to me and the areas I enjoy most, and to use that clarity to guide where I could create the most value. Through conversations with current operators and former business owners, it became clear that entrepreneurship aligns naturally with how I’m wired. I’ve spent my career leading teams and owning outcomes; now I want to do that as the long-term owner and operator of a business.
Outside of work, I’m a husband to my wife and partner of thirteen years. Entrepreneurship through acquisition isn’t something we imagined when we first met as 22-year-olds, but it’s a commitment we share today. Together, we’re focused on finding the right company and putting down roots in a community where we can grow a family
My goal is to surround myself with experienced investors, advisors, and operators who can provide guidance, accountability, and perspective throughout that transition and beyond. My commitment is to steward what’s already been built and to lead with care, consistency, and long-term responsibility for the people who show up every day and the communities the business serves.
