A note from our searcher

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page and learn more about Generational Partners. As the Founder and Managing Principal, I view acquiring a business as more than a financial transaction. I’m an operator at heart, and what excites me most is the opportunity to carry forward the legacy a founder has built while, over time, building one of my own by stepping in as a hands-on owner and leading the business day to day.


My professional background has been shaped within healthcare and other regulated, B2B environments, where execution, reliability, and accountability are critical. Over the past thirteen years, I’ve worked closely with healthcare organizations on complex initiatives that require coordination across stakeholders, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of how operational decisions impact both financial performance and service delivery. That experience has shaped how I think about building businesses—focusing on consistency, process, and delivering for customers in environments where there is little margin for error.

Earlier in my career, I was fortunate to have professors and mentors who helped me better understand what I was naturally good at and what I genuinely enjoyed doing. That guidance led me into a B2B sales career that has evolved into leading teams, owning outcomes, and building commercial infrastructure. When I decided to return to school to pursue my MBA, my goal was clarity. I wanted to better understand where I could create the most value as an operator and how to apply that in a long-term ownership context. Through conversations with current operators and former business owners, it became clear that entrepreneurship through acquisition aligns naturally with how I’m wired.


Outside of work, I’m a husband to my wife and partner of thirteen years. Entrepreneurship through acquisition isn’t something we imagined when we first met as 22-year-olds, but it’s a commitment we share today. Together, we are focused on finding the right company and putting down roots in a community where we can grow a family.


My goal is to surround myself with experienced investors, advisors, and operators who can provide guidance, accountability, and perspective throughout the search and beyond. My commitment is to be a thoughtful steward of what has already been built.
